The balance across my results paints a pretty clear picture: I’m someone with strong people skills and adaptive strengths, but I’m still developing in areas that require more internal structure, long-term planning, and decision-making clarity. Most of my higher scores sit around how I interact with others and respond to change, which lines up with how I approach work and study.
Below are the key metrics that I believe are worth mentioning:
Career Options (2) was a wake-up call. I’ve chosen bold, exciting challenges, but translating that into specific career steps still feels fuzzy. I know the themes I care about - but I need to map that to actual roles.
On the flip side, Presenting Yourself Online (7) was my highest. That makes sense - I’ve put effort into my digital presence, especially on LinkedIn. Even if I’m still figuring things out, I know how to tell my story with purpose.
Strong scores in Communication (6.5) and Adaptability (6) made total sense. I think this is super applicable to the world of crypto I live in. I’ve been leading events, working across teams, and adapting constantly - which ties in well with my value of bravery and love for fast-moving challenges like AI.
That said, Critical Thinking (4.4) was lower than I expected. I do think logically, especially in tax and structuring work, but maybe this is a reminder to slow down, go deeper, and not just react quickly. Same with Planning (4) and Self-Management (4.3) - I’m juggling a lot, but there’s still space to sharpen how I manage it all.
My Emotional Intelligence (6) score wasn’t a surprise. It connects directly to my top value - honesty - and the way I lead and build trust. Emotional awareness is key to shaping the kind of leader I want to be.
