Working backstage with artists at Meredith Music Festival and Golden Plains Festival has provided me with unique and rewarding experiences. My role involves closely coordinating artist logistics, managing tight schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between performers, crew, and festival organisers. These events have strengthened my ability to stay organised under pressure, quickly adapt to unexpected challenges, and communicate effectively with diverse groups of people. Beyond the excitement of live music, these experiences have taught me the importance of collaboration, attention to detail, and maintaining composure in fast-paced environments - all valuable skills that naturally transfer to any professional setting.
