The 24 Character Strengths Test
In the early 2000s, scientists discovered a common language of 24-character strengths that make up what’s best about our personality. Everyone possesses all 24-character strengths in different degrees, so each person has a truly unique character strengths profile. Each character strength falls under one of these six broad virtue categories, which are universal across cultures and nations.
Here are my top three:
Honesty
Honesty has always come naturally to me - whether in study, work, or life. I actually thought courage might come out on top, but honesty fits better than I expected. It’s a value I carry into leadership and collaboration, especially when guiding others. This links well to my challenge card Prepare Future Leaders - because leadership without honesty just doesn’t hold up. In a future shaped by AI and rapid change, integrity will be even more important.

Bravery
I adapt well to change. I don’t shy away from uncertainty - I lean into it. Whether it’s a shift in a client brief or diving into a new technology like smart contracts or AI, I find energy in the unknown. That’s what bravery looks like to me. Choosing Create New Artificial Intelligence as one of my challenges reflects this mindset. It’s about being willing to build and explore what hasn’t been done before.

Love of Learning
While I’m not always glued to textbooks, I love learning through people - networking, events, and seeing how others think. That curiosity drives me. I want to keep evolving and help others grow too. As the IBM 2025 report explains, AI transformation isn’t just about the tech - it’s about people learning to work alongside it.

My Other Top Values:
What is interesting is how clearly these strengths back up everything else I’ve been reflecting on.
Strengths like leadership, perspective, and social intelligence tie directly into the Prepare Future Leaders challenge card - they show I’m wired to guide, connect, and think broadly.
The presence of judgment and wisdom also reinforces my value of honesty and my interest in learning through others.
Altogether, it paints a consistent picture: I thrive in people-focused, forward-thinking spaces.
